This site is written in standards-compliant XHTML with CSS and Javascript. This results in faster browsing, because page sizes are smaller, and increased accessibility, because content is more easily available to a wide variety of browsers, including PDAs and screen reading software.

The entire content of this site is available in every modern browser. Some browsers may not display all the visual aspects of this site or provide all the extra functionality available on this site.

The following recommendations will help you to optimize your experience of this site.

Your computer monitor should be set to a resolution of at least 800 x 600 pixels, with at least 256 colors.

If you have to scroll horizontally to see the entire width of this page, your monitor resolution should be increased.

On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
Click the Accessibility button at the bottom right.
Make sure all checkboxes are unchecked.
Click the OK button to exit the Accessibility dialog box.
Click the OK button to exit the Internet Options dialog box.

On the Edit menu, select Preferences.
In the category menu, click the arrow next to Appearance.
Under Appearance, select Fonts.
Check Allow documents to use other fonts.
In the category menu, under Appearance, select Colors.
Check Always use the colors and background supplied by the web page.
Click the OK button to exit the Preferences dialog box.

On the Tools menu, select Options.
Select the Web Features icon.
Click the Fonts & Colors button.
Make sure the two buttons at the bottom are unchecked: Always use my X Fonts X Colors.
Click the OK button to exit the Fonts & Colors dialog box.
Click the OK button to exit the Options dialog box.
