How do I register for account access via the Internet?
We've made the Account Center registration process fast and easy. To begin the registration process, simply click on the "Register Now" button and enter the requested information. It's that easy!!   top

How will I know if I successfully added my account to My Account Center?
Once you have correctly entered your account information and the information matches our records, you will receive a confirmation on screen stating your account has been added. You will also see the account listed on the Account Summary page.   top

Will my account information be secure on the Internet?
Yes. NationalCustomerCare.com uses multiple levels of security to ensure the privacy of your account information:

  1. The NationalCustomerCare.com Account Center requires login with a user ID and password. We make sure that passwords contain a mix of alphabetic and numeric characters so that they are not easy to guess.
  2. When you use the Account Center, all communications between your browser and our servers are kept private using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can tell that communications are encrypted by looking for the padlock at the bottom of your browser window.
  3. When you use the Account Center, all communications within our data center are also kept private using the same encryption, to provide an extra degree of protection.
  4. When you use the Account Center, none of the pages you view are stored in your browser's cache. Once you exit your browser, no one else can view them by looking through your browser's history or cache. 
  5. We require that you supply two Password Hint questions. Your password can only be reset by providing both answers correctly.

To help you protect your information online, we recommend the following habits:

  1. Don't use a password that can be guessed by someone you know.
  2. Never write down your password, or disclose it to anyone else.
  3. Always log out when you have finished using the Account Center.
  4. Always exit your browser after you log out.
  5. Select Password Hint questions that are easy for you to answer, but hard for others.

What happens if I forget my password?
You may access your account by correctly answering the challenge questions/answers established during Account Center registration. Simply click 'Forgot Password' on the Account Center login page.   top

Who do I contact for questions about the information listed on the Account Details screen?

Will I be able to update my personal information for the Account Center?
Yes. You may update your personal information for Account Center. You may also update your contact information for your National account(s) within Account Center.   top

Once I have successfully completed the registration process, how do I access my account(s)?
Simply enter your Account Center ID and password in the Account Center login page. Remember, your Account Center ID is the primary email address you entered during Account Center registration. Once registration is complete, you must add your automotive account(s) to the Account Center.   top

Where can I find my National account number?
National makes locating your account number fast and easy. Your account number is located on the front page in the Account Number field on your Billing Statement.   top

Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can add to My Account Center?
No.   top

How will I know if I successfully added my account to My Account Center?
Once you have correctly entered your account information and the information matches our records, you will receive a confirmation on screen stating your account has been added. You will also see the account listed on the Account Summary page.   top

When attempting to add my account, I receive a message stating the account I entered is not found. Why am I receiving this message?
The information you entered does not match our records. Please check to ensure you have entered all information correctly and return to the Add Account page to re-enter your information or enter another account.   top

What should I do if the information listed on my Account Details does not match the information on my Billing Statement?
If you receive any account information that does not match your records, please contact us at 1-800-810-2966.   top

Will I be able to request a change to my current billing method?
Yes. After you log into the National Account Center, you can change your current billing method by selecting the Change Billing Method option from the Action drop down menu.   top

Does National offer automatic withdrawal for my monthly payment?
Yes. National Direct Pay Automatic is the most convenient payment method option. Once you have successfully completed your Account Center registration added your automotive account, you can sign up for National Direct Pay Automatic by selecting Enroll in National Direct Pay Automatic from the Action drop down menu.   top

What if I change bank accounts after enrolling in National Direct Pay Automatic?
Once you have successfully completed the Account Center registration, you can update your banking account information by selecting Change Direct Pay from the Action drop down menu. Follow the steps to enter your new bank account information and confirm the changes by selecting: Sign me up for National Direct Pay Automatic.   top

How will I know my banking information has been updated in your records?
Once you have successfully entered all required information, you will receive a confirmation on screen stating your new banking information has been updated in our records.   top

If I change my mind after adding my account(s) to the Account Center, can I remove my account(s)?
Yes. You may remove your account(s) at anytime.   top

Can I make a payment from my Account Center?
Yes.  After you log into the National Account Center you can make a payment by selecting the Make Payment option from the Actions drop down menu.   top

Can I view the "real time" status of my account?
Yes.   Click on the "View Billing Summary" option from the Action drop down menu to view the current status of your account.   top
